This Nutriballs recipe has no processed ingredients and a beautiful, sweet choc-strawberry flavour make these the perfect snack for anytime of the day. Each ball (based on 8 large balls) contains:
• 400mg calcium
• 6.65g fat
• 16g carbohydrates
• 10g protein
• 166 calories
1 packet of Nutriballs Calci-Balls mix
5 Medjool dates (seeds removed)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
¾ cup fresh strawberries
Place all ingredients into a food processor then blend until all ingredients are well combined. Roll mixture into balls and then roll in coconut. Place on a tray and sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating.
